At Flamingo Digital our team is constantly growing and we have a wide range of roles available for a variety of skillsets.

At Flamingo Digital we believe in empowering individuals to grow within their workplace roles, that's we have designed an industry-leading in-house training program that enables our team members to continually develop an ever-expanding range of skillsets.

Our training program

Week 1

Overview of Flamingo Digital HQ in Nottingham, team-building exercises and introduction to our services.

Week 2

Understanding our CRM, systems access and overview of our phone systems.

Week 3

Contingency planning, exploring home worker kits and how to utilise them in case of further COVID-19 lockdowns or unforeseen force major at our office location. 

Week 4

Entry to our incubator program, giving you hands-on experience with our systems and one to one mentoring and coaching to repair you for your role.

Week 5

Introduction to our clients, role play activities and mock call taking.

Week 6

Live call taking for the 1st time with direct support and supervision from your team leader. Overview of processes such as submitting holiday requests and the sick line procedure.

Week 7

Go fully live in your new role! 

Roles Available

Part-time Customer service agent, shifts within 7:00-7:00pm

An exciting opportunity to join the team at Flamingo Digital, working in a fast-paced environment you will be the voice and face of the business. Speaking to a huge and diverse range of individuals across the UK it will be your job to ensure we meet our service standards, SLA times and provide a positive, professional experience for our callers. 4-5 hour shifts are available within our operating hours of 7:00 am to 7:0opm seven days per week.
